The Extended Leadership Program (ELP) team is excited to share a new offering launching soon for all Aspire Leaders Program graduates — ELP Pathways.
As an Aspire graduate, you’ve already begun your leadership journey. But what comes next looks different for each of you — some are building ventures, others are pursuing graduate degrees, and many are navigating an evolving career landscape. ELP Pathways is built around that reality.
ELP Pathways is a self-guided track on the Engage portal, consisting of partner tools, curated opportunities, and funding sources so you can navigate toward your next goal at your own pace. These are flexible road maps, not fixed programs. By joining a pathway, you become part of an intentional community designed to foster growth through learning, mentorship, networking, grants, and partnerships.
The Three Pathways
Career Development: Build professional skills, strengthen your job application materials, and access career opportunities — including:
- Resume and interview preparation with Propare AI
- Free job simulations on Forage
- 1:1 career mentorship through the Global Mentorship Initiative
- Resume and interview coaching through Job Search Academy
- AI micro-learning companion with Aibrary
- Skills Advancement Grant to fund professional certifications
Entrepreneurship: Launch new ventures, grow existing ones, or develop solutions to social challenges in your community — including:
- Access to Harvard Business School Foundry’s AI mentors and entrepreneurial modules for awardees
- Youth in Development Fellowship with Impact Toolbox for seed fund winners
- Skilled volunteer support through the Moving Worlds network
- Seed Fund to launch your community, research, or entrepreneurial initiative
- Community Action Award to scale your venture
- Conference Grant to present your innovation at a conference
Higher Education & Research: Apply to advanced degrees, prepare for standardized exams, and pursue academic research — including:
- Free one-month access to Leland+ for graduate school preparation
- Virtual university fairs in collaboration with KIC Univassist
- 1:1 research mentorship with Lumiere Education
- Academic Advancement Grant for standardized exams
- Conference Grant to present your research at a conference

Watch for an email in the coming weeks with your invitation to ELP Pathways. We’re rolling out access in cohorts, so do keep an eye on your inbox.
If you graduated in the 2025 Cohort 5, you can access ELP pathways now through the My Space section of the Engage portal.
You’re welcome to explore all three pathways based on your goals — there’s no limit to how many pathways you join.
Updates to the Aspire Alumni Discord Server
The Aspire Alumni Discord server has been restructured to align with ELP Pathways. Once you’re in the server, head to Channels & Roles and complete the onboarding questions to unlock your pathway channels.
