WHY ASPIRE EXISTS
Talent is equally distributed.
Opportunity is not.
You’ve worked hard to get here. But building a career—figuring out who to talk to, how to network, where to find opportunities, and how to communicate your value—can feel like everyone else was handed a map you never received.
The Aspire Leaders Program is here to change that. Gain the tools, guidance, and global network to move forward with clarity alongside a community of peers from around the world who are building their futures, just like you.
You already have what it takes. We’re here to make sure the world sees it.
500,000+ emerging leaders from 195 countries have chosen Aspire.
WHY ASPIRE IS DIFFERENT
This isn’t a course you take alone.
BORN INSIDE HARVARD
Founded at Harvard and now an independent nonprofit, the Aspire Leaders Program brings the intellectual rigor of one of the world’s leading universities to students everywhere.
The curriculum is designed and taught by Harvard faculty — the same professors, the same standards — made accessible to you.
A GLOBAL NETWORK, NOT A SOLO COURSE
You’ll learn alongside a global cohort of driven, first-generation students from 195 countries — people navigating the same dynamics, asking the same questions, building something together. The relationships you form here last well beyond nine weeks.
LIVE MASTERCLASSES
Every week brings a live masterclass with faculty or industry leaders — not pre-recorded videos you watch alone. You’ll ask questions, engage with peers, and get exposure to the kind of instruction most programs charge tens of thousands of dollars for.
BUILT FOR YOUR LIFE
The program is self-paced and online — 3 to 5 hours per week, designed to fit around your studies, your job, and your responsibilities. You don’t have to choose between your life and your development.
GLOBAL REACH, LOCAL PRESENCE
Aspire operates in 195 countries with Global Foundries — in-country teams in India, Pakistan, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, and Türkiye — who provide local support, networking events, and community for alumni long after graduation.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Nine weeks that change how you see yourself — and how the world sees you.
The program is fully online and self-paced — 3 to 5 hours per week, designed to fit around your studies and your life. But it’s not something you do alone. You’ll move through nine weeks as part of a global cohort, with live masterclasses, peer learning, and a community that extends well beyond graduation.
WEEKS 1-4
Leadership Foundations
Discover what kind of leader you are. Through strengths-based assessment, structured reflection, and peer exchange, you’ll develop a professional identity and the language to articulate it. You’ll leave these weeks knowing how to carry yourself in professional settings and how to communicate your value to anyone in any room.
WEEKS 5-8
Applying Leadership
From negotiation to systems thinking to cross-cultural communication, this phase builds the practical toolkit that employers actually look for — and that most programs never teach. Live masterclasses with faculty from Harvard, MIT, LSE, and Oxford bring the content to life.
WEEKS 9
Final Assessment
A resume. A LinkedIn profile. A professional objective. A polished personal pitch. This phase turns everything you’ve learned into a concrete professional toolkit — the assets you’ll use to pursue jobs, graduate school, or your next big opportunity.
THROUGHOUT
Live Masterclasses
Throughout the program, live masterclasses with global faculty and industry experts connect leadership principles to real-world careers and global challenges. Topics include: Growth Mindset, Entrepreneurship, Pursuing Impactful Careers, Leadership in the Age of AI, Renewable Energy, Economic Inequality, and much (much!) more. These are live sessions — not pre-recorded videos.
Time Commitment
3–5 hours per week · Fully online · Self-paced
What You Leave With

ALP Graduate • Kenya • Kwa Ground Shuleni
“Aspire gave me the tools, the confidence, and the funding to stop being a witness and start being part of the solution.”
Beryl saw the mental health crisis quietly devastating young people in Kenya — and she had the drive to act. The Aspire Leaders Program gave her the leadership framework to turn that drive into a structured initiative, the Community Action Award to fund it, and a network of mentors to help her sustain it. Kwa Ground Shuleni now operates across multiple schools in Kenya, providing peer support programs and mental health first-aid training to students who had no other access.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
Aspire alumni who complete a qualifying community project can apply for support and recognition through the Community Impact Initiative, including access to the Community Action Award (up to $5,000).
“Aspire doesn’t just teach you how to lead — it reminds you that leadership begins with everyday impact.”

How much time does it take each week?
The program is self-paced and part-time — most participants spend 3 to 5 hours per week. It’s designed to fit around your coursework, job, and other commitments, with live masterclasses scheduled throughout that you can join from anywhere.
