After completion, Aspire Institute empowers alumni to continue their leadership development through seed funds, mentorship sessions, and a vibrant global network of peers and mentors.

Leadership Accelerator Powered by AI (LAPA)

LAPA is a paid, 8-week, fully virtual program is designed to build the next generation of AI-savvy leaders and combines applied artificial intelligence training with the leadership, communication, and career-readiness skills employers demand today.

From Aspire to Uçuş Saati: Faruk Emre Ballı’s (ALP ’25) Leadership in Action

Faruk Emre Ballı, an ALP’25 graduate from Türkiye, measures success not only by how many children attend a Uçuş Saati (Flight Time) event, but by what they begin to imagine afterward. A child who has never considered becoming a pilot may leave believing that the dream is possible. Uçuş Saati is a volunteer-led educational initiative that introduces primary-school children—especially those with limited access—to aviation and STEM through flight simulators, virtual-reality experiences, and hands-on activities.
