Miguel Angel Calderon Conde, an Aspire Leaders Program 2025 alumnus from Bolivia, is gaining international recognition for his work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, technology, and environmental sustainability.

Faruk Emre Ballı, an ALP’25 graduate from Türkiye, measures success not only by how many children attend a Uçuş Saati (Flight Time) event, but by what they begin to imagine afterward. A child who has never considered becoming a pilot may leave believing that the dream is possible. Uçuş Saati is a volunteer-led educational initiative that introduces primary-school children—especially those with limited access—to aviation and STEM through flight simulators, virtual-reality experiences, and hands-on activities.

Through our newfound partnership, Aspire Institute and IGIS are working to expand opportunities for local learners and help them develop the skills, connections, and support they need to succeed while also fostering a community of changemakers committed to advancing  positive impact and inclusion.

Hamidine Boukari is a dedicated climate advocate and the founder of Youth Emergency Leaders for Climate Change (YELCC). His journey has been shaped by a simple conviction: young people are not merely the leaders of tomorrow; they are essential actors of change today.
