Neeraj Bharadwaj is Managing Director at Carlyle India Advisors, focusing on growth capital and buyout opportunities across sectors. Prior to Carlyle, he held leadership roles at Accel Partners and Apax Partners, where he led India operations. Earlier, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co. A graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA with distinction) and Wharton (summa cum laude), Neeraj serves on several corporate boards including Hexaware, Delhivery, and Metropolis Healthcare. He’s also a Young Global Leader (WEF), ISB board member, and involved in initiatives like OGQ and FICCI PE/VC Committee, shaping India’s investment landscape.
