At Aspire Institute, we continuously review feedback and engagement data from our learners and use those insights to refine the Aspire Leaders Program, ensuring it evolves to meet the needs and learning preferences of today’s participants.
After careful consideration, we have decided to introduce an update to the program that we believe will create a more impactful learning experience.
Beginning with Cohort 4, the Aspire Leaders Program will run for six weeks instead of nine, while maintaining the same curriculum, learning outcomes, and program offerings.
Many of our participants complete the majority of their coursework well before assignment deadlines, with the core content requiring approximately 20–25 hours to complete. By delivering the program in a more focused timeframe, we can better align with learners’ schedules while creating a more engaging and momentum-driven experience.
Ultimately, our goal is to keep pace with our participants, helping them confidently navigate the opportunities and learning experiences within the program while preparing them to continue their growth beyond it. We believe this updated format will enable more learners to successfully complete the program, stay engaged throughout the experience, and begin applying what they’ve learned even sooner!
