For university students around the world, access to career resources can make a meaningful difference in preparing for professional success. Yet for many underserved learners, opportunities for career development remain out of reach due to various factors such as financial constraints, geographic barriers, and unequal access to professional networks and guidance.
The Aspire Leaders Program works to bridge these gaps by equipping emerging leaders with the skills, resources, and opportunities to pursue their personal and professional goals. Aspire’s global partnerships allow us to extend that support even further, and we’re thrilled to work with PropareAI to help Aspire graduates navigate the job search with greater confidence and preparation.
Through this collaboration, Aspire Leaders Program graduates receive free access to PropareAI’s AI-powered interview preparation platform. With personalized resume feedback, tailored interview practice, company insights, and realistic mock interviews, graduates can build the skills and confidence to stand out and thrive in today’s competitive job market.
Making High-Quality Career Preparation Accessible to All
Founded by Rajeev Kalloe, PropareAI was built on a simple but powerful belief: high-quality career preparation should be accessible to everyone.
“For many students and job seekers, professional interview coaching is expensive or simply unavailable,” Kalloe said. “At the same time, many candidates struggle to tailor their resumes, understand what employers are looking for, or prepare effectively for interviews. We saw an opportunity to use AI to bridge that gap.”
PropareAI uses artificial intelligence to develop personalized career preparation plans based on each candidate’s resume and target role. Users receive tailored interview questions, sample answers, company insights, interviewer analyses, and realistic interview simulations with immediate feedback. These tools help candidates refine their applications and develop the skills and confidence that will aid them in pursuing their career.
Personalization is central to the platform’s approach, but accessibility is equally important. By making career preparation available on demand, PropareAI enables learners to practice at their own pace and revisit key skills as often as they need.
“While human coaching remains valuable, it is often expensive, time-limited, and difficult to access for many students around the world,” Kalloe said. “PropareAI enables candidates to prepare anytime, receive instant personalized guidance, practice as often as they want, and continuously improve.”
PropareAI does not see their platform as a replacement for human coaches, but as a way to make career preparation available to everyone, regardless of their background or financial circumstances — a value shared with Aspire.
Supporting Aspire Graduates at Every Stage of Their Career Journey
Aspire and PropareAI share a commitment to empowering learners to realize their potential. Through the Aspire Leaders Program, emerging leaders from around the world develop their leadership capabilities alongside a global cohort while gaining access to resources and opportunities that support their personal and professional growth. PropareAI supports graduates’ professional growth further by connecting them with tailored career resources that prepare them to confidently pursue their next professional opportunity.
“Through this partnership, Aspire alumni receive personalized career preparation that many would otherwise not have access to. The positive engagement and feedback we’ve seen so far demonstrate how AI can complement existing career development programs while enabling universities, nonprofits, and workforce organizations to provide personalized career support at scale,” Kalloe said.
The partnership’s initial phase demonstrated the demand for these resources among Aspire graduates. During Phase 1, 4,890 Aspire graduates joined PropareAI, using the platform to strengthen their applications and prepare for interviews. Collectively, learners optimized 6,537 resumes, prepared for 930 interviews, and conducted 280 practice interviews.
Graduate feedback also highlighted the value of having tools that help candidates look beyond their resumes and better understand the organizations and roles they hope to pursue.
“It was really helpful for understanding the company, digging deep into the job description, and even insights into the questions likely to be asked by interviewers based on their respective experiences,” one Aspire graduate reported.
These early results underscore the potential of personalized, AI-powered resources to help learners approach the job search with greater clarity and confidence.
Evolving to Meet Learners’ Needs
PropareAI’s approach to career preparation isn’t static — it is grounded in continuous improvement and evolves with the needs of its user base. As our partnership moves into Phase 2, PropareAI is demonstrating its commitment to excellence and accessibility by building on feedback gathered from 133 Aspire learners across 38 countries.
“One of the most exciting upcoming additions is a new Interview Skills module, which will allow students to develop essential interview and communication skills even when they don’t have a specific job opportunity or interview scheduled,” Kalloe said.
The module will include short, practical exercises focused on elevator pitches, introducing oneself professionally, answering behavioral questions, and translating various forms of work experience into professional language.
This development will enable PropareAI to support students earlier in their career journey, making it an even more valuable and accessible resource for learners to engage with at every stage in their career.
Building a More Accessible Future for Career Preparation
Looking ahead, PropareAI aims to become an increasingly accessible AI-powered career preparation platform, expanding its capabilities through more advanced interview simulations and career guidance features that respond to the evolving needs of students and job seekers. The team also plans to deepen its work with universities, organizations, and employers to broaden access to personalized career support and strengthen the reach of career development initiatives.
“Ultimately, our goal is simple: to ensure that every student and job seeker, regardless of where they come from or what stage of their career they are in, has access to the tools, confidence, and preparation needed to succeed,” Kalloe said.
Together, Aspire and PropareAI are working toward a future in which access to meaningful career preparation is not determined by a learner’s background, resources, or location, but by their aspirations and potential.
