Aspire Institute Internship Partner

Hult International Business School
Hybrid internships at Aspire’s Cambridge, MA headquarters — where business education meets global leadership development.
Where Global Business Meets Global Impact
Aspire Institute partners with Hult International Business School to offer field experience for currently enrolled undergraduate students at Hult Boston. This partnership gives Hult students the opportunity to gain hands-on field experience while earning university credits — working alongside a small, high-trust team on real initiatives spanning communications, alumni engagement, fundraising, technology, and program operations.
Each placement is supervised by a dedicated Site Supervisor, structured around agreed learning objectives, and formally evaluated at the close of each term. Together, we are committed to developing leaders who combine professional excellence with a genuine orientation toward equity, access, and global community.

Global Exposure
Work inside a nonprofit operating across nearly 200 countries through a growing network of Foundries — gaining a firsthand view of global leadership development at scale.

Hands-On Experience
Contribute to real initiatives from day one. Interns take on meaningful, cross-functional work — not busywork — with direct mentorship from your Site Supervisor throughout the term.

Mission-Aligned Work
Every assignment connects to Aspire’s core mission: expanding access to transformative leadership opportunities for first-generation, limited-income students worldwide.
