Pakistan Programs Communications and Outreach Representative


Nishat is a Teach For Pakistan alumna and has served at an under-resourced school on the outskirts of Islamabad where she worked directly with 240 young girls to reduce their literacy gap. She led a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign in the community that benefited 400 girls. She is affiliated with Dastak Foundation and leading a project on Menstrual Hygiene Management for government teachers in 4 districts of Pakistan. Nishat has also been an intern at the National Assembly of Pakistan.

Presently, she is a part of the Aspire Institute Foundry in Pakistan as a Communications and Outreach Representative. She holds a Bachelors in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
